Shaun joined Ethos in 1994. Prior to joining Ethos, he worked as a management consultant for Gemini Consulting in both its strategy and operational improvement disciplines.
Shaun’s direct involvement in 21 portfolio companies (eleven in a lead role) during his tenure with Ethos has equipped him with a broad private equity perspective across numerous industries. He has been directly involved in five public-to-private deals and has developed the skills and experience to navigate these complex transactions. The combination of his consulting and private equity experience has enabled him to make significant contributions to these companies. Shaun also has extensive exits experience having participated in the sale of 13 portfolio companies to a host of local and international buyers.
