Danny Shader founded PayNearMe, Inc. in 2009 and currently serves as CEO. PayNearMe operates the world’s only real-time electronic cash transaction network, which is used by FIs, utilities, property managers, transportation providers, and other businesses, to enable consumers to make payments or deposits easily, with cash. Previously, Danny led Accept.com, the first consumer-to-consumer payment service, which Amazon.com acquired in 1999, and Good Technology, Inc., which Motorola acquired in 2007. Prior to starting Accept.com, Danny served as Vice President of Partner and Developer Relations at Netscape Communications Corporation. Danny earned a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from the University of California at Berkeley in 1984 and an M.B.A. from Stanford University in 1989.
