The complex world of cybersecurity and its myriad of regulations can be very hard to navigate, which is why two major law firms are teaming up to put on a seminar for international companies working in the field.
The seminar, which will be held in Tel Aviv on Monday 30 May, aims to educate businesses about Israeli and American regulations in the field and also how they can affect mergers and acquisitions.
Wiggin and Dana LLP (W&D) and Gross, Kleinhendler, Hodak. Halevy, Greenberg and Co. (GKH) are the two companies behind the seminar. Both have a large amount of experience and background in the field and GKH has also advised many companies involved in some of the largest cybersecurity transactions in Israel’s history.
